Competition Cooking Team
Competition Cooking
Our team is built on nearly half a century of friendship. The core group has been together since high school — Archbishop Shaw, Class of ’87 — and we’ve stayed close ever since, usually gathered around a pot, a grill, or a TV watching LSU and the Saints.
In 2015, we decided to take our backyard passion public and began entering small cooking events around the West Bank of Jefferson Parish. What started as a couple of friends cooking for fun quickly turned into a competitive team with real momentum. Over the years, we’ve grown into a formidable presence on the local cookoff circuit, earning recognition across multiple categories.
